HELLO! I'm Kristina Cubero, a born-and-raised New Yorker, proud Latina, and a mother with a passion for art, music, and the thrill of exploring new places. I'm not just an event professional; I'm an avid dreamer and an idea woman who thrives on turning visions into reality. I revel in the energy of a good brainstorm, where possibilities are endless, and dreams are brought to life.

With over 15 years of experience, I've worn multiple hats as an Event Producer, Designer, and Venue Consultant. My background includes working with renowned brands like Nike, Spotify, Apple, Hermes, Facebook, and Etsy to name a few.  I've also helped launch over 20 event venues across New York City. I've freelanced for top marketing agencies and played a pivotal role at MR. HOSPITALITY. I've left my mark at The Lofts at Prince, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, and Restaurant Associates.

What fuels my passion for events? 

It's the magic of creating meaningful experiences, orchestrating seamless gatherings, and transforming spaces into memories that linger. I truly enjoy being responsible for these cherished moments in people's lives.  The heartbeat of my career is driven by the joy I find in bringing people together, evoking emotions, and curating moments that resonate long after the event concludes.

My approach to events? 

An open heart, an open mind, and a wealth of experience. I believe in going beyond the ordinary, ensuring each event is a unique reflection of the client's vision and the essence of the occasion. 

What's' next? 

Motivated by a desire to share my expertise, I've recently launched courses and coaching programs to empower the next generation of event professionals. Having faced the challenges of learning on my own, I aim to be the mentor and guide I wish I had when I was starting. My courses bridge inspiration with practical execution, offering a roadmap to success and providing students with templates for a solid foundation.

In building a community of event professionals, my role is to foster a collaborative environment where knowledge, creativity, and support thrive. By connecting with me or joining this community, individuals gain not only industry knowledge but also access to a network of like-minded professionals. I hope individuals find inspiration, mentorship, and a sense of belonging, enhancing their professional journey in the events industry.

Looking ahead, my biggest dream is to launch an end-of-life celebration space, WE EXIST. It will be something unique and profoundly needed in the world. As for my courses and coaching programs, I aspire to save students time and empower them to enhance their skills or start their ventures, knowing they have a mentor to count on for knowledge.
